This Sound Bath will be a lying-down experience. Comfort is key. Yoga mats(to lay on, No movement practice), blankets, and a small bolster will be provided. You may bring any extra pillows, or blankets for your comfort.
Being well-hydrated optimizes the benefits of a sound bath, as the sound waves and vibrations reach us on a cellular level. Please dress comfortably.
